Key Responsibilities
- Monitor program performance and reporting with support from the Program Manager.
- Deliver reliable and responsive customer service.
- Engage effectively with partners, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure adherence to all contractual and program stipulations.
- Meet with utility customers and vendors to present outcomes and develop new scopes of work.
- Efficiently handle multiple projects, providing timely updates and ensuring subcontractors are informed about program details.
- Maintain quality control over all deliverables, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while adhering to project timelines.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with clients and partners, identifying and anticipating needs while proposing solutions to address concerns and ensure problem resolution.
- Collaboratively create, present, and implement strategies to enhance market approaches and operational efficiencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and end-use utility customers.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Located in or willing to relocate to the greater Columbus, OH area.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
- A genuine interest in sustainability and a passion for making a significant environmental impact.

- Ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels and work as a team player.
- Familiarity with Ohio-based Community Action Agencies or Community-Based Organizations.
Compensation and Benefits
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on the qualifications of the candidate. Additionally, we provide three weeks of paid vacation annually, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with employee matching contributions, a discretionary bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
