Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor program performance and reporting with support from the Program Manager.
  • Deliver reliable and responsive customer service.
  • Engage effectively with partners, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to all contractual and program stipulations.
  • Meet with utility customers and vendors to present outcomes and develop new scopes of work.
  • Efficiently handle multiple projects, providing timely updates and ensuring subcontractors are informed about program details.
  • Maintain quality control over all deliverables, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while adhering to project timelines.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with clients and partners, identifying and anticipating needs while proposing solutions to address concerns and ensure problem resolution.
  • Collaboratively create, present, and implement strategies to enhance market approaches and operational efficiencies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and end-use utility customers.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Located in or willing to relocate to the greater Columbus, OH area.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and a passion for making a significant environmental impact.

Compensation and Benefits
