·Create and maintain project charters to ensure clarity on scope and project objectives
·Coordinate project through all phases of lifecycle (Initiation, planning, execution, closeout)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
·Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent year of directly related experience (or high school + 13 yrs; Assoc. +9 yrs; M.S. +2 yrs; PHD +0 yrs.
·The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
·5 Years of Relevant Experience
·Work Hours: 40 hrs M-F

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
·Degree in Business, Communications, Project Management or Scientific / Technical discipline
·Formal project management, learning management or change management certification preferred (e.g., PMI, PROSCI, ATD)
·Direct experience on internally facing initiatives with a focus on associate experience - such as process improvement, transformations, reorganizations, integrations, etc.
·Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology (e.g., Green/Black Belt)
·Experience within Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals or similar regulated industry
