Responsibilities:
  • Daily collections calls.  
  • Contact customers via email and phone calls to collect on delinquent accounts. 
  • Receive and post payments. 
  • Reconcile to ensure customer portals and accounting system reflect the same information. 
  • Reconcile AR reports to the general ledger. 
  • Month end closing duties. 

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of collections/AR experience
  • Moderate knowledge of Excel
