Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding past due invoices, utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve disputes and inaccuracies.
  • Take inbound calls from customers and internal departments, providing prompt and professional support for commercial account issues.
  • Reconcile accounts with disputes or inaccuracies, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to provide seamless support and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Operate office equipment, including computers and phone software, as necessary.
  • Assist customers with online bill pay and invoice viewing features, promoting services and driving customer engagement.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss specific accounts and drive team goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in receivables or collections, with B2B collection experience in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; excellent customer service and communication skills; knowledge of receivables and collections procedures; ability to prioritize and multitask; attention to detail and accuracy.
