Responsibilities of the Environmental Compliance Manager:
- Conduct detailed E&S and stormwater inspections in accordance with the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) standards to ensure project compliance.
- Assess construction methods and materials to ensure they meet all applicable codes and regulations, aligning with approved plans and specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and issue notices of violation as required.
Qualifications for the Environmental Compliance Manager:
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage both technical and administrative duties with initiative and sound judgment.
- Strong customer-focused approach, coupled with outstanding communication skills marked by clarity and professionalism.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in E&S and stormwater management inspections, or a comparable combination of education and hands-on experience providing necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Required State DEQ certifications as an Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector and Stormwater Inspector.
