**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of Environmental Services Workers to ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance of facilities
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • One year of hospital-based Environmental Service Worker experience and demonstrated leadership skills or two years of Environmental Services experience in the hospitality industry and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to read, write, and understand both oral and written instruction
