The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day environmental services responsibilities, developing and executing facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met. This includes leading a team of professionals at a 700-bed hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive day-to-day operations and monitor performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage staffing, performance management, training, and resource planning for the team.
  • Lead document management activities to ensure policies and procedures are followed and practices comply with regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing demands.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and deal with internal and external stakeholders.
