Essential Functions:

· Accurately records transactions into the general ledger.

·Manages all expense accounts to ensure proper entry, coding, and tracking.

· Responsible for preparing financial expenses, reports, and statements for leadership.

· Manages internal and external relations to ensure vendor agreements are met.

· Ensures accuracy of financial records and documentation is captured in system.

· Regularly audits payments to ensure accurate amounts were paid and on time.

· Reconcile payable reports each month and provide reporting and analysis of trends and outliers.

· Ensure historical records are maintained and updated in the system as necessary.

· Oversee Concur and the expense management process and report any significant or unusual

transactions.

· Administering A/P workflow for department sign-off.

· Document all processes and ensure SLAs meet operational standards.

· Provide recommendations to improve the AP function and payment process.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work in a professional environment.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

· Demonstrated success in delivering results, overcoming obstacles, and building credibility in a high

velocity, high growth business.

· Outstanding customer service and attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficiency with ERP solutions like Great Plains

· Strong experience with Concur, document imaging, and Excel.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access.

Education and/or Experience:

· Associates degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting or business.

· 5+ years of supervisory experience.

· Experience processing A/P in a high-transaction volume environment.
