Job Description:You will be responsible for performing full-cycle accounts payable duties, including journal entries, account analysis, and daily reconciliation. This role is essential to maintaining the financial integrity and smooth operation of the accounting department.

**NICOTINE FREE FACILITY**

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
  • Perform journal entries and account analysis as part of daily and monthly accounting tasks
  • Complete daily reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records
  • Organize and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency, meeting deadlines and business requirements
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Collaborate with the accounting team, asking clarifying questions when necessary to complete tasks effectively
  • Utilize SAP Business One Software for various accounting tasks (preferred experience)
  • Support additional accounting functions as needed, contributing to the overall success of the department

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably with an entry-level accounting background
  • Familiarity with full-cycle AP, journal entries, account analysis, and daily reconciliation processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountingor a related field is preferred (required for higher pay range)
  • Experience withSAP Business One Softwareis a plus
  • Proven job stability with experience long enough to develop proficiency in AP duties
  • Must be comfortable working in anicotine-free facility
