Summary:

The Narcotic Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting DEA Compliance and vault operations of all controlled substances at the site. 

Essential Functions:

Utilize the YERS and ARCOS systems to report acquisitions, dispositions, and inventory of List I chemicals and Schedule II substances to the DEA.  Maintain inventory of both raw drugs and finished products. Utilize DEA form 222 to procure and disposition-controlled substances. Pick controlled substance raw materials used for production. Preparing controlled substances for reverse distribution.  Perform inventories in accordance with state and federal regulations.  Other clerical duties as assigned.  Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent 1 year experience in clerical position or equivalent

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems Have superior verbal and written communication skills Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods. Ability to reach and/or extend hands/arms often. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Carrying/lifting to 50 lbs.
