Job Description

The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing employee benefits accounts for our clients. This role requires strong knowledge of employee benefits plans, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing benefits accounts and a proven track record of building strong client relationships.

Salary/Benefits

$70k-$90k (based on experience)

Hybrid

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in employee benefits account management or a related role. Strong understanding of employee benefits plans and regulations Experience working Midmarket accounts Comfortable working accounts 100-500+ Required/Preferred Licenses/Designations: L&H 2+ years client facing, over 50+ lives average account
