Responsibilities
Client Account Management: Handle commercial insurance accounts, assisting clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals.
Policy Review: Analyze and review commercial insurance policies to ensure accuracy and provide recommendations.
Client Support: Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks associated with commercial clients and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and update client information as needed.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies in all client interactions.
Requirements
Requirements:
License: Active property & casualty Insurance License is mandatory
Experience: 5 years of previous Commercial CSR / Account Executive experience is required.
Customer Focus: Strong dedication to serving clients and addressing their needs effectively.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage complex information accurately and efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
