We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Application Development (Sanctions Engineering) to join our Compliance Engineering team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida on Hybrid/Flex schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Direct Sanctions Technology Strategy
  • Manage technology delivery across vendor products and in-house developed capabilities
  • Identify capabilities to drive completeness, accuracy, and efficiency of our screening
  • Partner with stakeholders and partners to collaborate on innovative solutions 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science or similar preferred
  • 10 years of technology experience, preferrable with hands on experience earlier in your career
  • Sanctions Technology Experience, with strong familiarity with capabilities of industry leading solutions such as Fircosoft, or Bridger.
  • Experience in the design, build, implementation and maintenance of complex technology platforms
  • People Leadership of technology resources to empower, enable, and develop their skillsets and performance.
