DIRECTOR, ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT AND ENABLEMENT

In this role, you’ll direct our Account Development leadership team, which oversees talented ADRs that qualify and deliver high-quality opportunities to our Sales partners. Additionally, you will create, develop, implement and maintain sales and account development enablement programs for a team of talented and ambitious SDRs and ADRs. This successful and very visible department is a strategic asset to our organization. As a Director of Account Development and Enablement, you will:

Manage ADR Leaders and coach them on management best practices while collaborating on tactics needed to successfully generate demand in all of our inbound and outbound lead channels Direct efforts to ensure Demand Generation produces high-quality sales-accepted opportunities in line with company targets Design enablement and trainings that align to the key strategic growth objectives of the business Provide the SDR and ADR teams with the tools and skills they need to generate demand within their specific segments Lead Allbound-sourced lead generation efforts specifically focusing on Account-Based Marketing strategies designed to efficiently produce outbound opportunities from in-market accounts that have yet to reveal themselves through inbound channels Maintain, optimize and create trainings designed to increase ADR engagement and productivity while reducing ramp time Collaborate with ADR managers on best practices to keep their teams engaged and productive Hire, engage and retain top sales talent on both the individual contributor and leadership levels Proactively analyze and speak to key efficiency metrics in presentations to peer-level and executive leadership Provide key and vital consultation towards the continued growth of our Demand Generation function as we strive to attract new customers while maintaining our efficiency and flexibility

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

A demonstrated and proven track record of leading and managing high-volume and high-quality opportunity generation efforts 5+ years of experience as a people manager of a lead generation and prospecting role Ideally 2+ years of experience managing other people managers Experience creating and deploying departmental sales and prospecting trainings that led to productive business outcomes An innate curiosity to understand the key factors that drive departmental performance paired with strong written and verbal skills. he ability to understand and present trends, outcomes, findings and solutions to both individual contributors and decision making-level leaders within our organization Proven success collaborating with growth marketing to create and deploy strategies that efficiently convert inbound leads Experience with the design, maintenance and roll out of: New Roles Quotas Compensation Plans Strategic Lead Generation Initiatives Extensive experience with key sales and marketing technologies vital to our Demand Generation efforts including: Salesforce/CRM Marketing Automation Account-Based Marketing Platforms Sales Enablement Technology (Outreach, Salesloft, Highspot, Uberflip) ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator The ability to roll up your sleeves on tactics with ADRs and ADR Managers while pivoting to big picture strategy (oftentimes on the same day)

The base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of departmental performance based commissions/bonuses paid out quarterly. The commission/bonus payout is $75,000 annually when performing within the target range. A detailed commission plan will be provided in writing at the time of offer.
