As a Sales Enablement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our commercial teams. You'll work hand-in-hand with sales leaders, leveraging your expertise to develop and implement cutting-edge enablement programs. From creating engaging learning materials to fostering strong relationships with our sales reps, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design and execute impactful enablement programs.
  • Identify and prioritize sales enablement initiatives in alignment with sales goals.
  • Cultivate trust and rapport with our sales team, serving as their go-to resource for support.
  • Bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs to set our sales reps up for success.
  • Develop compelling content for ongoing training and development.
  • Solicit and incorporate feedback to continuously enhance our enablement strategy.
  • Utilize performance data to pinpoint areas for improvement across the sales organization.
  • Maintain and optimize sales enablement tools and platforms.


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in sales, enablement, or learning and development within a high-performing sales environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, tools, and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in content and learning management systems.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with sales and marketing stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
