This position is located at 450 North Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.

The IVF Third Party Manager is responsible for the oversight of the third-party clinical services and programs related to egg donation, surrogacy, sperm donation, and embryo donation.

Supervises the 3rd party program and oversees IVF Coordinators. Works with external agencies on donors, surrogates and overseeing the matching process. Workflow development ensuring a smooth functioning of the program for external agencies as well as our internal physicians. Partners with the recruitment department to interview and hire staff members and provide training to ensure a positive start within SCRC culture. Performs staff evaluations for new hires and annual employment evaluations and track key performance indicators. Maintains company compliance and FDA compliance standards, including renewing registration listings annually, listing new sites upon opening, and meeting with FDA inspectors during site visits. Demonstrates and embodies the Women’s Care mission and core values. Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. 2 + years of clinical experience in Reproductive Medicine/IVF. 1+ year of Third-Party reproductive experience required. At least 3 years of experience in nursing leadership role preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or health science preferred. Valid CA RN License preferred. Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
