COMPENSATION: $145K-$165K PLUS BONUS

We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager who will be accountable for:

  1. Managing comprehensive accounting functions for the portfolio, which includes preparing financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, forecasting cash flows, and analyzing job cost reports.
  2. Supervising Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, along with overseeing budgeting and expense management processes. Responsible for establishing the corporate budget and conducting P&L variance analysis.
  3. Evaluating asset-level financial statements and providing support to asset management.
  4. Collaborating with third-party property management and asset management teams.
  5. Overseeing the accounting for disposed assets and coordinating with asset management to finalize accounting and tax documentation.
  6. Assessing contribution and distribution calculations.
  7. Partnering with project management and asset management to ensure timely submission of draws.
  8. Reviewing CAM, Tax, and Insurance reconciliations.
  9. Possessing knowledge of tax implications related to 1031 exchanges, TIC, K-1's, real estate partnerships, and waterfalls.
  10. Providing insights through monthly and quarterly updates.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required. CPA designation is preferred.
