Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Understand clients' insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Sales Process: Guide clients through the insurance sales process, including preparing quotes and processing policies.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to provide additional coverage and enhance clients' insurance portfolios.

Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance products to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.


Requirement

Insurance License: Must have a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of employment.

Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately process policies and ensure clients' needs are met.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
