Candidates should be within commuting distance of Hill AFB. The person selected will become a part of the RMG staff, support the Sentinel Environmental Permitting and Compliance team, and work under a local office lead in UT once an office is established. The position will initially be fully remote, and then transition to hybrid once the new office is established. This position requires the employee to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.

Your Role :

 • Completing expense reports for all personnel assigned to the RMG (60+).
• Tracking written products and coordinating technical editing, document formatting, and meeting minutes services for all PMs assigned to RMG.
• Managing the RMG staff meeting, leadership calendar, and Teams sites.
• Interface with other EGS administrative, procurement, and logistics functions to track requirements as assigned by RMG leadership.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications: :

HS Diploma required. Must have at least 2 years of experience performing similar work. 

• Must have 2 years or more experience performing administrative functions.
• Must be able to track the work of others, organize information, and create written products to support reporting on RMG tasks.
• Must be familiar with basic scheduling practices using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Must be able to read, understand, and implement Tetra Tech policies and procedures as applicable to expense reports and other duties as assigned.
• Prior experience working on expense reports highly desired; prior experience with General Services Administration (GSA) rates and Defense Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) as applicable to travel expense reports desired.
