We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Renewals Team Manager to lead our global renewals team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing dispersed teams across various time zones, demonstrating flexibility to work different hours as needed. In addition, a deep understanding of automation and AI tools is crucial to streamline and optimize our renewals processes. 

You and your team will drive management of large volumes of smaller renewal opportunities and assist our Order Management and Finance teams with booking and invoicing orders. All activity is tracked in Salesforce. You will partner with global Territory Sales leaders and cross functional teams to drive superior renewal rates.

In this role you should be comfortable coaching a high-performing team of globally dispersed Renewals Managers. Some of the things you'll be doing include but are not limited to; resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management.

As a Manager of Customer Renewals, you will: 

Lead and motivate a globally dispersed renewals team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.Utilize your expertise in automation and AI tools to enhance and streamline the renewals process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.Effectively manage and coordinate with team members in different geographical locations, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Develop the individuals on the team through shadowing with immediate feedback, as well as ongoing 1:1.Support Sales with meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual renewal targets and provide an accurate individual and team forecast.Tight management and oversight of team's pipeline in CRM system.Take the lead in ensuring operational efficiency and process development for highly transactional renewals team.Partner with Sales Leaders on complex renewal strategies to maximize contract value, while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship.Help develop and educate renewal best practices and processes across the team.Work cross departmentally to resolve issues and help remove barriers for the team.Play an active role helping to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Provide leadership with visibility to renewals and solicit involvement as required.Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies.Accelerate the ramp time of new hires by providing sales, software and process training.

What YOU bring to the table: 

4 years experience, with 2 years management experience in a Renewals Management/ Account Management/Program Management/Project Management role for a software company with working experience with software renewals.Strong communication and leadership skills, both internally & with customers/partners.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, reporting and automation tools.Strong analytical skills - Ability to oversee and manage salesforce.com renewal forecast, ability perform analysis to understand trends in the business.Ability to work flexible hours to support teams in various regions.Passion and Conviction.Energy and enthusiasm.Demonstrated creativity with customer engagement and problem solving.
