Job Title: Renewable Energy Project Manager

WSB and Associates is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our survey operations team, you will be responsible for managing energy projects from land surveying to meet schedules, budgets, and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with renewable energy clients.
  • Manage energy projects from land surveying to meet schedules, budgets, and client needs.
  • Coordinate with other WSB project managers and energy clients on project progress.
  • Work with field and office staff to develop an efficient team approach to survey operations.
  • Prepare proposals and cost estimates for renewable utility scale ALTA's, design surveys, and construction staking.
  • Draft and review legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, and boundary surveys to meet requirements and statutes across the US.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years' experience in land surveying.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ALTA's, boundary, topographic, and construction surveying.
  • Good managerial and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Texas Licensed Land Surveyor preferred but not required.
  • Three years' experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
