Responsibilities:

  • Effective Communication: Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • AP/AR Management: Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
  • Dispatching: Efficiently coordinate and dispatch tasks to the appropriate team members, optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Account Management: Support account management activities, providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Financial Processing: Enter checks into the system and conduct deposit drop-offs at the bank, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a reasonably clean record, enabling you to fulfill any driving responsibilities that may arise.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling efficient data management and communication.
  • Time Management and Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent time management skills and communicate effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and information is conveyed accurately.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Possess the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and delivering results.
