Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for the strategic development, planning and oversight of a policy and contract management program and all related programs, strategies, initiatives, policies and procedures. Must exemplify key leadership attributes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Determine goals and priorities with senior executives and key stakeholders, leads the implementation and management of a policy and contract management program.
• Possess superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
• Serve as expert resource on policy and contract management.
• Ensure the organization’s internal policies and contracts are accurate, up to date, and well maintained in accordance with all law and regulation.
• Demonstrates experience in leading by influence.
• Proficiency in team building, conflict resolution, group interaction and dynamics, project management, cost effectiveness and budget management.
• Demonstrates skills in complex analytic problem solving, project management, change management and group process.
• Understand business process improvement and the tools and data requirements for supporting an effective business process improvement practice.
• Demonstrates ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Polished facilitation and presentation skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field.
