The Marketing and Retention Specialist plays a pivotal role in AAA Mid Atlantic's success, overseeing all marketing efforts to achieve membership renewal goals.

Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the production of various marketing campaigns, including direct mail, digital, and telemarketing initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to create cost-effective member communications that drive results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to improve member retention and acquisition.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign results to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, along with a minimum of four to five years' experience in retention, acquisition, or loyalty marketing. Strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and analytical thinking are essential for this position.

AAA Mid Atlantic offers a competitive salary of approximately $83,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a range of benefits, including annual bonuses, merit increases, health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
