Job Overview:
Our office is expanding, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our team in providing outstanding customer service. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, answering any questions our clients may have, and looking for cross-selling opportunities in our client base.

Requirements:
  • A Property & Casualty Insurance License is required or willing to be obtained within 30 days of the start date.
  • 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Life and Health license a plus.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very strong interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • In the office only. Highlands Ranch, CO 80129
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all trailing documents from customers.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
