Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC) team at Groove Auto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and ensuring their vehicles are back on the road as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Contact current and former service customers to confirm and schedule appointments
- Effectively communicate with internet customers using their preferred method of communication
- Maintain accurate data in the customer database
- Schedule service appointments at the earliest available time slots
- Follow up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual is preferred
