Required Qualifications  

Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation or relevant field 8+ years’ experience in Aviation Planning Solid track record in leading completion of multiple airport master plans Knowledge of the FAA Planning Process Business Development Proven Leadership Skills Excellent collaboration and communication skills Self-starter with excellent organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment Knowledge of/interest in emerging technologies in the aviation industry, such as Advanced Air Mobility

Physical Requirements 

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle Ability to travel for meetings, client visits, etc.
