A Top Ranked Custom Home Builder is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed and itemized take-offs for semi-custom and custom residential construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Positive attitude, customer minded/service skills, able to work well with others.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Timberline, or similar strongly preferred.
  • Provide expertise in understanding the full scope of construction processes, from field operations to estimating.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction
  • Proven experience in conducting itemized take-offs for residential projects, especially in the semi-custom and custom home sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire construction process, from the ground up to project completion.
  • Familiarity with both semi-custom and custom building practices.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, making adjustments as project requirements evolve.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
