Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
Performs routine maintenance tasks. Responds to hot/cold calls, changing out lighting, minor repairs to equipment, routine plumbing calls, replacing ceiling tiles, minor window and roof repairs, and conducts daily rounds of the facility to maintain a safe environment. Assists other trades when additional help is required.Qualifications
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field
Experience
Required: Two years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.
Pay range: $29.06 - $45.06 hourly
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience

Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
Performs routine maintenance and repairs on major equipment. Assist plumbers, HVAC Technicians, Refrigeration Technicians, and Stationary Engineers with major repairs and equipment replacement.
Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field
Required: 3 years experience working for a mechanical or general contractor, or an experience in a commercial or hospital service environment.
