Deskside Support Engineer

Location: New York, NY (Onsite all 5 days)
Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension
Note: Onsite role. No REMOTE option available.
Please find candidates with the following skills:
- Azure AD hybrid environment: Candidates who have experience and expertise in managing Azure Active Directory in a hybrid environment, which involves integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD.
- MDM Intune: Candidates who are proficient in Microsoft Intune, which is a mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solution for managing and securing mobile devices and apps.
- Intune Autopilot: Specifically needs candidates who have experience with Intune Autopilot, which is a feature of Microsoft Intune that streamlines the device provisioning process for Windows 10 devices.
- Video conference support - Logitech/Teams: Candidates with knowledge and experience in providing support for video conferences, particularly using Logitech hardware and Microsoft Teams, are preferred.
- Financial services support: Candidates who have worked in the financial services industry and have an understanding of the unique IT requirements and regulations in that sector.
- Asset management: Candidates with expertise in asset management, specifically in the context of IT infrastructure and equipment, are desired.
