You will be supporting the Office Director, Managers and Account Executives of one of our office locations firsthand with managing accounts to ensure our clients are deriving maximum value from their partnership with us. We are looking for someone who is proactive in looking for ways to create value in processes and support our top closers saving them time.This is an in-person role located in our San Diego office.Responsibilities include:Analyze and manage approaches used by the sales Sponsor team to manage clients with a professional cadence from contract agreement through post summit follow-upManage calendar to schedule all Sponsor Client preparationScheduling all prep calls and post summit callsScheduling calls with the clients and Account ManagerTracking all information covered on calls with the client and storing centrallyAssist in handling customer requestsManage the Master Excel file of all office events with clients and statusSending out all timeline emails/scheduler password release notifications/reminders, etc. for account managers to effectively service clientsTravel to events and officesQualifications:Highly organized with good time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional written and oral communication skillsGreat attention to detailExcellent active-listening skillsProficient with Microsoft Office/ Word/ ExcelExperience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teamsExcellent customer service skillsPatient and able to practice good phone and video call etiquetteAbility to multi-task and be proactiveGreat problem-solving abilityCompensation and Benefits:$40K + 10-20% bonus - Salary reviewed after 6 months based on performance.Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental coverage.A culture of meaningful recognition: from bell ringing to promotions and bonuses, we celebrate success.We exclusively promote from within based on performance and leadership qualities: if youve got what it takes, you will climb the corporate ladder.Ongoing on-the-job coaching: we provide constant feedback and training to help ensure you achieve your goals.Learn from the best: our management team has an average of 7+ years of experience, with some at 20+.
