Description

As a hotel front desk agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for ensuring that they receive exceptional service throughout their stay. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, greeting guests, checking them in and out of their rooms, and providing information about the hotel's amenities.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting guests and checking them in and out of their rooms

- Answering phone calls and responding to emails and messages

- Providing information about the hotel's amenities, such as restaurants, spa services, and events

- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintaining accurate records of guest information and room availability

- Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Proficient in computer systems and office software

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
