Vaco Boston has partnered with our client in Woburn and we are looking for an experienced Office Manager. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, extremely reliable, hardworking, and takes initiative.

- Must have QuickBooks and light accounting AR/AP experience
- PART TIME 20-30 hours a week


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk
  • Politely greet visitors
  • Answer phone and email correspondence, in a professional manner
  • Mail pick up and drop off to appropriate locations/people
  • Organizing, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Place office orders for supplies
  • Coordinate incoming invoices (with manager)
  • General administrative duties, as assigned
  • Coordinating with insurance companies to ensure accurate billing

Qualifications:
  • Office manager experience experience
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of computers and office supplies
  • 5+ years experience
  • Must have QuickBooks and light Accounting AP/AR experience
