About The Role
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Leader to run sales enablement for our enterprise business.
The role will cover the largest segment of our business in terms of revenue and sales headcount. The Enablement leader will be an important business partner to our CRO and the cross functional team that supports revenue growth. The leader will be responsible for developing and executing the sales enablement strategy for AE's around our overall go to market priorities.
In addition, you will:
Develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy in partnership with our sales leadership, and cross functional teams.
Ensure sales teams are proficient in product knowledge, sales process, industry positioning and business value.
Work cross functionally with sales ops, marketing, partnerships, and other go to market teams to ensure the highest quality content is built for the go to market teams to drive results with our Enterprise customers
Define and track KPI's to quantify the impact of enablement and adjust enablement plans.
Represent America's sales priorities to inform our global strategy for ongoing enablement and events such as Sales Kickoff.
Must Haves
A successful candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience scaling enablement teams in a hypergrowth, enterprise sales environment
Able to create and run multiple sales enablement programs
Detailed oriented and Strong presentation skills
Experience with cloud based software and solutions, analytics and data background is a plus
Candidates must thrive in a high paced environment in a quickly evolving market space.
Previous Sales experience with a quota carrying background is a plus
Sales and sales management experience is a plus.
