Role Overview: Our Benefits Coach is seeking a visionary Sales Manager to spearhead our dynamic team of Account Sales Executives in Employee Benefits. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development: Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing sales team environment. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to Account Sales Executives, fostering their professional growth and aligning their efforts with individual and company goals.

Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Recruiting and Training: Identify, recruit, and onboard new talent, ensuring they are aligned with our company's mission and values. Develop and facilitate ongoing training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Performance Management: Set clear team and individual goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews. Recognize achievements and address underperformance with constructive solutions.

Client Relationship Management: Ensure the team maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and support. Lead by example in exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

Desire to grow and lead people

Proven experience in sales and business development

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated and target-driven

Proficient in using CRM software

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus

Flexibility to work in the office and out in the
