Sales Development Manager

ClearDesk is seeking a Sales Development Manager (SDR Manager) to hire, coach, and manage a team of outbound sales development representatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, lead, and manage team of remote Outbound Sales Development Reps
  • Build & iterate on a data-driven Outbound strategy
  • Success will be measured by the SDR team's quota/goal attainment and the individual's ability to create growth and efficiencies within their team
  • Foster an environment of high performance & accountability
  • Regularly report on both Team and Individual Results


Your Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ of Sales development, inside sales, or relevant sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead generation techniques, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an individual contributor
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
  • Prior experience managing an SDR team or Call Center team within the outsourcing (BPO/RPO) industry is a PLUS
