Job Description

How you will contribute:

Build Budget and Sales Plans by distributor/area Drive sell out and achieve Net Sales and Ebit targets Build strong relationships both will distribution partners and with Kering Eyewear team in HQ Communicate and present brand values and positioning together with collections highlights Propose assortment plans in order to maximize customers' sell-out (category management for specific key accounts) Build Joint Sales and Marketing Plans with the chains in line with global guidelines Periodically collect and analyze sell-out reports from customers and build action plans accordingly Regular visits to customers to ensure merchandising standards in line with the agreed plans In cooperation with the Trade Marketing Manager propose and negotiate trade and digital marketing plans Set up the most suitable supply chain process in order to ensure the highest service level and orders fulfilment rate i.e. collaborative planning, VMI etc. Collect and manage orders in cooperation with customer services department Ensure the highest possible customer service and follow up on orders and deliveries Assisting the Customer Service and Finance department with invoice, debit and credit note queries Who you are

+5 years of experience in similar roles Preferred industry experience: fashion and luxury, cosmetics, FMCG Degree in Marketing or Business Mgmt Strong communication skills and positive attitude towards Teamwork Strong skills in coordinating multi-functional teams and external partners Excellent analytical skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Fluent in English Travel required Why work with us?
