WE NEED YOU

The Special Projects Leader is responsible for leading the Special Projects Department company-wide. The Special Projects Department executes projects such as strip and refinish, carpet extraction, scrub and recoat, grout cleaning, window cleaning, and machine scrub in schools, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, and medical facilities. The Special Projects Leader will coordinate, delegate, and execute services for multiple customers. Also, will work side-by-side with Area Managers to accomplish the scope throughout the year.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

Lead and manage the Special Projects Department and Team

Communicate with colleagues and team members constantly

Organize the project calendar and accomplish the services in a timely manner

Understand and respect the hourly budget for each service

Coordinate your team of Floor Technicians to accomplish what's been requested

Review and complete Payroll following the timeframes and guidelines

Perform customer site visits when needed

Do inventory control for all project supplies and equipment

Train new team members

Perform the following projects:

Strip and waxing

Scrub and recoating

Carpet Extraction

Window Cleaning

Machine Scrub

Others

Floor machine cleaning and repair (that's a plus)
