Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- ddress common inquiries regarding schedules, appointments, and general information with professionalism and accuracy.
- Collaborate with providers to optimize their schedules across multiple locations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong time management skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
