Responsibilities:

Under direction of the Manager, responsible for maintenance, processing, analysis and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all benefit pre-tax and post-tax deduction for University Hospital. Prepares monthly and quarterly reporting to the State of New Jersey. Resolves all pension issues with State Plans Ensures all payments to external vendors are processed accurately and timely.in accordance with UHs policy. Identifies data base problems and provides recommendation for change.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Three (3) years of experience in responsible phases of payroll benefit operations. Equivalent experience and training will be considered in lieu of the degree. Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows based Excel, Access and Word is required.
