- Rutgers School of Nursing is seeking a Facilities Program Specialist Facilities Program Specialist for its Department of Facilities located in Newark, NJ to oversee facilities operations at the Stanley S. Bergen building, collaborating closely with the IT department to integrate building-related technology for improved learning and operations.

Management or a related field, with demonstrated experience in building operations, facilities management, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus Two (2) year required, three (3) years of related experience in a business office preferred, government agency, or university setting preferred.
- Proficiency in typing and with multiple software programs, including all components of Microsoft Office, required.
- Project management experience is essential. Equivalent education, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements. **Preferred Qualifications**
