Job Description
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement business development strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that targets and goals are met.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise to maintain a high level of client retention.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the finance and legal departments to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer service within the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products, market conditions, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with customers and partners
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate multiple business opportunities and prioritize for maximum return
  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, depending on the market and clientele.
