If you are a driven person who exceeds expectations and appreciates an exceptional culture and awesome coworkers, we would love to talk to you GENERAL SUMMARY: The Invoicing Specialist oversees the tasks of sending invoices to clients and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure each account is paid on time and in full. They help our organization keep track of how much money is owed and by whom, often managing numerous client accounts. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills to accurately handle all of the outgoing invoices, database updates, and more that make up their day-to-day responsibilities. On top of this meticulous attention to detail, the Invoicing Specialist must also possess excellent communication skills to answer questions from clients, solve their issues, and keep them updated with relevant account information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Generate bills and invoices Inputting information or other financial data into client accounts Informing customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines Generate reports and client information for internal use Maintain and organize account documents and contracts Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: 1-2 years experience working in a billing specialist role or similar position A high degree of attention to detail Ability to be productive without a lot of oversight Strong computational skill Entry-level candidates may have experience in administrative support or general data entry Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
