You’ll be working within our Brand Team where you will "own" some of our awesome client relationships, monitor and provide consistent status updates on performance and strategic direction. You will be working alongside a team of specialists who love what they do and get excited when their efforts lead to excellent results for our clients.

Here are some example tasks you’ll be doing on a monthly basis:

Build marketing account plans for clients (both short and long-term) and work with cross-functional teams to execute plans

Ensure the account remains on budget and meets client key performance indicators

Provide strategic recommendations based on the client's business and their goals

Own day-to-day communications with clients and create/maintain a positive, proactive relationship

Organize workload and prioritize activities for team clarity

Assist other team members as needed to ensure satisfied clients

Monitor deliverables progress and manage deadlines

Requirements

At least 2 years minimum managing marketing accounts or agency related work

Have the right attitude

High level of attention to detail

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation

Outstanding project management skills

Likes to work in a fast paced, casual environment
