In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Responsibilities:
The ISEM Manager is responsible for managing DEC’s vendors, products, and costing as part of Information Technology service delivery for the following areas: telecom, mobility, devices, printing, and software.

 

Special focus to be placed on: 

Maintaining vendor accounts and relationships related to areas of responsibility.

Generate cost savings via vendor consolidation, waste identification, and standardization on equipment packages with balanced price-point and functionality.

Manage contracts from vendors/contractors in areas of relevance.

Creating reports that document logistics of areas covered.

Conducts quality improvement (QI) efforts by analyzing data usage, sharing QI results with management, and taking corrective action.

Researches, creates standards, and executes for purchases or leases of mobile devices, satellite phones and office equipment (Copier, printers, scanners, postage), including maintenance and support contracts.

Work with IT leadership team on establishing mobile and telecom strategy and budget.

Provides technical support and education for mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, MiFi), MS Teams conferencing options, voice, and video calls and office equipment (Print, Copy, Scan). Schedules related service calls (equipment repair and maintenance) as needed.

Resolve telecom and mobile issues in a timely manner and ensure they are properly documented in the ITSM system.

Safeguard company data through application of appropriate endpoint security regarding mobile devices.

Define and meet customer Service Level Agreements for telecom needs.

Enhance support documentation and end user SOPs to improve IT support and end user self-service knowledge base.

Successfully drive projects through proper project management tools and dashboards to ensure on time completion and sufficient communication to leadership.

Reviews invoices, correspondence and inquiries related to areas of responsibility and processes request for payment of invoices.

Identifying and disputing inaccurate charges, fraudulent charges, and anomalous usage patterns.

Qualifications:
2+ years of billing experience required.

2+ years of cellular carrier support a plus

Outstanding organizational skills with good written and verbal skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to provide after-hours support when required.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Demonstrated problem solving skills.
