Thomas Talent Network, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes, perform audits and inspections, and provide recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures across the organization. 

Conduct audits and inspections of products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 

Identify areas of non-compliance or potential risk and provide recommendations for improvement. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. 

Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives. 

Ensure documentation and record-keeping of quality assurance activities are accurate and up-to-date. 

Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance. 

Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes and requirements. 

Assist with customer complaints and investigations as needed. 

Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. 

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks. 

Experience conducting audits and inspections. 

Proven track record of implementing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement. 

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. 

Certification in quality assurance is a plus.
