Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator to join our team at Doka USA. As a Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing our clients for our formwork services. This will be an in-person role supporting our Tennessee branch located in Lebanon, TN.

Responsibilities:

Generate and send accurate invoices to clients based on completed projects and contractual agreements.

Review contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation, including client information, contracts, and payment history.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payment.

Prepare regular reports on billing activities, including revenue projections, billing summaries, and account reconciliations.

Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile billing data with financial records and assist in month-end close processes.
