Sales Coordinator

Purpose
The sales coordinator is responsible for the support of our business development and commercial organization and assisting with the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns for Roll Group. This position serves as a unique interface within the company, interacting with both colleagues and clients frequently. The sales coordinator oversees all local based marketing and promotional needs and assists the commercial team as needed with tendering, cold calling, account establishment and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities and key result areas
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Update both internal and external communication tools and social media for the regional, and occasionally global, communications
Support commercial staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, etc.
Oversee the inventory, ordering, and design of promotional and marketing materials in the region, coordinating at a global level as required
Plan meetings, trade shows, and other events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, and developing schedules and assignments
Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop branding messages and identify target customers and markets
Collect and compile customer feedback for review by company management and leadership
Collect and maintain sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives
Assist the tendering team in creation and distribution of bids, client communications, and pre-qualification data as needed
Oversee the regional implementation, maintenance, and upkeep of the organization’s CRM system
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by manager or supervisor.
