Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator drives dealership inventory growth by actively prospecting beyond the AutoNation Customer Network. Leveraging various resources like third-party websites and service drive traffic, they identify potential sellers and engage with them both in-person and over the phone. Their role includes setting appointments for sellers to visit the dealership for appraisal and same-day payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Review vehicle condition reports and determine pricing strategies.
Inspect and accept vehicles arriving onsite, coordinating reconditioning efforts for optimal sale preparation.
Utilize judgment and interpersonal skills to negotiate offers and close sales efficiently.
Collaborate with an elite sales team to transition potential vehicle procurement customers into sales opportunities.
Work closely with management to assess current inventory needs and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of goal achievement.
Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience throughout the WBYC process.
Strong communication, prospecting, and interpersonal abilities.
Organizational proficiency with a keen eye for detail.
Comfortable and proficient with technology.
Valid In-State Driver's License and a safe driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to comfortably sit and stand for extended periods.
