Responsibilities:
Currently seeking a full-time HOA Covenants Coordinator to enforce governing documents, rules and guidelines for multiple Community Associations.  

 

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Daily compliance tours of communities and commercial parcels, including Lake, Park and Golf Course tours

Maintain accurate records of homeowner files in TOPS and lot files

Provide positive communication with homeowners by telephone and email

Investigate and follow-up on complaints and concerns from homeowners

Write compliance related articles and attend quarterly Board meetings

Pluss other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Job Requirements

 

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma, or equivalent

 

Abilities and Skills:

Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Able to multi-task

Must be dependable and punctual

Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.

Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.

Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

Pay and Benefits:

$17.00   to $19.00, depending on education and experience.
